Bodie arrived at the shelter on December 11, 2023. She was very scared and pregnant . Her nine puppies were born on Christmas Day. She wouldn’t let us near them for weeks. All the puppies were adopted right away… but Bodie stayed and stayed… until a lovely German couple arrived a year and a half later and fell in love with her. Their calm energy was just what Bodie needed. Now she’s no longer so shy  and lives like a real princess!
